Terms of Service

We provide shared web hosting and related services billed in South African Rand. Plan resources (storage, bandwidth, email accounts, databases) are described on the relevant plan page and may change with reasonable notice.

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual cycle depending on your plan. The price shown is the price you pay. Renewal invoices are issued ahead of each cycle and are due on the date shown on the invoice.

If an invoice remains unpaid past its due date we may send reminders and, after a grace period, suspend the affected service. Accounts that remain unpaid may be terminated and their data deleted. We may also suspend services that breach these terms or applicable law. You may cancel at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may not use the service to host unlawful content, send spam, infringe intellectual property, or compromise the security or stability of our infrastructure or other customers. [REVIEW - expand acceptable-use specifics.]

The service is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the courts of South Africa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
